Minnesota State Fair
The Minnesota State Fair is synonymous with butter sculptures, Princess Kay of the Milky Way, the All-You-Can-Drink Milk Stand and the Dairy Goodness Bar, all sponsored by dairy producers through Midwest Dairy Association. As a top fair concession, the venture generates not only additional funds for supporting education efforts on the grounds like the Moo Booth and Miracle of Birth, but also draws media attention. When Princess Kay is crowned the night before the fair opens, everyone knows the fun is about to begin.
