About the Webinar

It is presented by Beth Bruck-Upton, MA, RD, a registered dietitian with Midwest Dairy Council, Melissa Joy Dobbins, MS, RD, LDN, CDE, a member of the Illinois Dietetic Association, and Leo Timms, Ph.D., Professor of Animal Science and Extension Dairy Specialist at Iowa State University.

The goal of this webinar is to provide you with the scientific background, tools and resources to effectively communicate dairy’s role in good health while taking a closer look at nutrient-rich foods, flavored milk, lactose intolerance and other common dairy topics and questions.
