Stephanie Cundith is a registered dietitian and Nutrition Spokesperson and Communications Manager for the Midwest Dairy Council, where she provides scientific, accurate and practical information on the benefits of dairy nutrition. She conducts television, print and radio interviews across Midwest Dairy’s ten-state region and serves as a national media spokesperson for the National Dairy Council. She is a Dairy Makes Sense and Dairy Report blogger, as well the Midwest Dairy Nutrition Service Center coordinator.
Stephanie holds an undergraduate degree in broadcast journalism from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia, and a master’s degree in nutrition from Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama. She completed her dietetic internship at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Stephanie is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and certified in adult and child and adolescent weight management. She is an active board member of the Kansas Dietetic Association.
Prior to joining the Midwest Dairy Council, Stephanie worked for a health and weight management company, where she coached people on improving their nutrition and fitness. She also served as a spokesperson to the Wichita, Kansas, community, delivering health messages to the media, and to health and business professionals. Before this, she worked as a dietitian in clinical and public health settings. Stephanie is the mother to one son. She is a marathoner and member of Midwest Dairy’s Team Dairy running team.
