Lori Dather has been a Registered Dietitian for 20 years. Lori graduated from South Dakota State University in 1988 w/ BS in Nutrition and Dietetics and completed her internship in Springfield, IL at St. John’s Hospital.
Lori has worked in all areas of dietetics including Clinical, Management and Consulting. She is currently the School Nutrition Program Manager for Midwest Dairy Council for Arkansas, Eastern Oklahoma and Southwest Missouri. Lori loves to work with schools, students and education professionals to advance health and wellness for our youth.
Lori loves running and has completed 2 marathons and several half marathons, 5K, 10K, and 15K races. She also loves boating on Lake Ouachita and supporting her 7 children in sports and other activities.
