Educate and empower students to "make change" in their diets and wallets by choosing nutrient-rich, cost-saving snacks.

As an educator, you are charged with providing students valuable information in a fun and engaging way. Midwest Dairy Council has developed an informative lesson plan called "Make Change" that will educate and empower students to "make change" in their diets and wallets by choosing nutrient-rich, cost-saving snacks. This lesson plan can also be used to activate other programs your school might be implementing, such as Fuel Up to Play 60, a student-led national health and fitness program sponsored by the National Dairy Council and the National Football League.
