Launched by National Dairy Council (NDC) and the National Football League in cooperation with the U.S. Department of Agriculture(USDA), Fuel Up to Play 60 empowers youth to take action to improve nutrition and physical activity at their school and for thier own health.

All you need to implement the Fuel Up to Play 60 program is found on FuelUpToPlay60.com! The Fuel Up to Play 60 Quick Start Resources raise student awareness about the importance of healthy eating and physical activity and engage the entire school in “Plays,” or action-oriented strategies for Kickoff and Promotion, Healthy Eating and Physical Activity.

Physical Activity Skit Challenge - February 6th - March 26th
It’s time to show off your acting skills! The Fuel Up to Play 60 Physical Activity Skit Challenge is a great way to demonstrate your acting skills and get active. Find a Physical Activity Play in the Fuel Up to Play 60 Playbook and get together with your school or some friends to show us how you started a walking club or any Physical Activity Play in the Playbook. It is a great way to get active and have fun with Fuel Up to Play 60! Rewards for the Physical Activity Skit Challenge include a National Prize of two Xbox Kinnect consoles awarded to the winning school. In addition, Midwest Dairy Council will award local prizes like a visit from an Alumni or Active NFL player to lead a group of students in a physical activity and a 10 minute meet and greet, including a signed piece of NFL merchandise for the Program Advisor at the winning school. (Athlete appearances are contingent upon scheduling availability and a comparable prize valued at $1500 may be substituted).
