The Midwest Dairy Health and Wellness Advisory Council's purpose is to provide knowledge and expertise on health and wellness trends and issues. Advisory Council members also contribute to Midwest Dairy Council nutrition education resources, and through their own community participation ensure that health and nutrition professionals and consumers recognize dairy's valuable role as part of a healthy, balanced diet.

Dr. Agnew has nearly 40 years of experience in public health initiatives. Her holistic approach to wellness is includisve of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual balance. She contributes to multiple public health programs promoting physical activity and mindful eating.

Leslie A. Fowler, MBA

Leslie A. Fowler, MBA

Executive Director, Nutrition Support Services

In her role as Director of Nutrition Support Services at Chicago Public Schools, Leslie leads the district’s school lunch and breakfast programs that serve more than 75 million meals a year. Leslie is working with six urban school districts in California, Florida, Illinois, New York and Texas to join forces to coordinate school lunch planning in an attempt to keep costs down while providing healthful food choices.
