Play is universal for all ages and research shows that physical activity, in combination with good nutrition, is essential to a healthy lifestyle. That is why today Fuel Up to Play 60, the nation's largest in-school wellness program and Quaker Oats, a division of PepsiCo, are launching 'For the Love of Play,' a campaign to inspire everyone to get up and get active for at least 60 minutes of play a day - at school, at home, and everywhere in between!

Jeni Haler, a 19-year-old college student from Norwood Young America, Minn., representing Carver County, was crowned the 61st Princess Kay of the Milky Way in an evening ceremony at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds, August 20.

Next week, Minnesota's dairy industry will kick off the great Minnesota Get-Together by celebrating the coronation of the 61st Princess Kay of the Milky Way. On Wednesday evening, August 20, reigning Princess Kay MarJenna McWilliam of Winger, representing Polk County, will pass her crown on to one of 12 county dairy princesses vying for the title. Additionally, Governor Mark Dayton will be in attendance to proclaim August 20, 2014 Princess Kay of the Milky Way Day.

The All-You-Can-Drink Milk Stand, owned by Minnesota's dairy farm families, celebrates its 60th year at the Minnesota State Fair, as the industry crowns a new Princess Kay of the Milky Way and encourages fair-goers to participate in the Great American Milk Drive to help provide fresh milk to local food shelves.
