Student Ambassadors and Adult Advisors Praise Fuel Up to Play 60
This fall, the Minnesota Vikings and Midwest Dairy Council hosted two Fuel Up to Play 60 events at Mall of America Field - a November pre-game lunch reception on the Plaza with Raiders game tickets for adult advisors and an on-field appearance for 14 students during the December Play 60 game vs. the Denver Broncos. Our goal was to offer our students the chance to taste new healthy foods and encourage eating foods they already like that are healthy. Our student team chose to do the Healthy Eating Play "Salad Bar Tryout."

The 2010-2011 school year was this program advisor's first year as a Fuel Up to Play 60 Program Advisor at Jane Addams Middle School in Bolingbrook, Illinois – but the positive results she's gotten in just a short time would lead you to believe she was a seasoned veteran of the program.
