National Agriculture Week (March 19-25) was a great time to recognize all of the amazing people that contribute to the food we enjoy every day. To celebrate, we challenged dairy farmers to post photos on Instagram or Twitter reflecting a theme of the day.

Meet Mark Glende, senior custodian at Sioux Trail Elementary School in Burnsville, Minnesota. He was seeing firsthand the amount of milk that was going down the drain every day.
