Nearly 400,000 fairgoers will be able to celebrate “Undeniably Dairy” at the Nebraska State Fair, August 24 through September 3, as Nebraska dairy farmers work to bring dairy to life and share their dairy farm stories, as has been tradition for decades.

On the eve of the Minnesota State Fair, Minnesota’s dairy community will officially kick off the Great Minnesota Get-Together by celebrating the coronation of the 65th Princess Kay of the Milky Way.

That’s S’more Like It malts and sundaes – made with Minnesota dairy farmers’ secret, State Fair-recipe vanilla ice cream or malt, topped with graham cereal, teeny marshmallows and chocolate syrup – will join the traditional flavors at Midwest Dairy’s Dairy Goodness Bar at the Minnesota State Fair this year.
The butter sculpting booth (in the Dairy Building, corner of Judson Avenue and Underwood Street) is a Midwest Dairy Minnesota State Fair exhibit sponsored by Minnesota’s nearly 3,500 dairy farmers. It’s one of the most popular attractions at the fair.
The Dairy Goodness Bar, located at the corner of Judson and Underwood, regularly ranks among the fair’s top food attractions. Located in the Dairy Building near the butter sculptures, the Dairy Goodness Bar is open throughout the fair from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
From butter sculptures to bottomless milk, it’s time once again to celebrate dairy traditions at the Minnesota State Fair!
