Dean and Clare have made sustainability and a good quality of life a top priority by focusing on their cows, their employees and the community. In 2010, Marshik Dairy, a fifth-generation 155-cow family farm, implemented a new, technologically advanced and energy efficient barn in design that included robotic milking facilities, energy efficient lighting and ventilation, and renewable wind and solar power.
