  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine apricots, preserves, cranberries, water, balsamic vinegar, and ginger in a small saucepan over low heat.
  3. Cook about 4 minutes or until the mixture begins to simmer. Remove from heat, stir, and cover with lid. Allow to stand another 4 minutes.
  4. Stir in walnuts. Place Brie in an ovenproof dish. Spoon fruit mixture over cheese.
  5. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until interior of cheese is soft. Serve with crackers or wafer cookies.
