Stir up this fruit-filled breakfast the night before to save time and maximize taste in the morning.

  1. In a 1-pint wide-mouth canning jar, or similar container, add milk, oats, and chia seeds. Stir mixture until combined. Layer half of sliced strawberries on top of oat mixture. Spoon half of yogurt onto fruit. Repeat with remaining strawberries and yogurt. Place whole strawberries on top of mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Serve cold.

Notes

Any fruit and any style flavored or plain yogurt can be used for this recipe.
