Try this cool garlic cucumber dip on a warm afternoon with pita chips, crackers or veggies to refresh your taste buds.

Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber, peeled and diced (about 1½ cups)
  • ¾ cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • ¾ cup plain light sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1½ tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1½ tablespoons resh dill, minced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

Directions

In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients and refrigerate to incorporate flavors. Dip with your favorite baked chips, crackers or veggies.
