Pair whole-wheat pasta with oven baked chicken topped with melted mozzarella for a delicious dinner everyone will enjoy.

Directions

For Chicken
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Sprinkle salt and pepper over chicken breasts. Dredge chicken in flour. Place in a greased baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes and then top with sliced mozzarella. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
For Pasta
  1. While chicken is cooking, cook pasta according to package. While pasta is cooking, heat butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, parsley, basil and salt. Cook over medium low heat until pasta is done, stirring occasionally.
  2. Drain pasta, reserving some pasta water. Add pasta to butter sauce and toss well. Add a few tablespoons of pasta water as needed to extend the sauce. Serve with chicken.
