Request a Dairy Princess

Requests should be submitted as soon as an event date is set and no later than two weeks prior to the scheduled event. If there are multiple requests for the same date, requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis with priority for requests submitted first. The State Dairy Princess and Alternate Dairy Princess will be reimbursed by Midwest Dairy Association for appropriate mileage and travel-related expenses. It is expected that the requesting organization will cover or waive any meal, registration, or other event-related fees for the princess, alternate princess, and her chaperone.
