While enjoying the sights and sounds of the Nebraska State Fair, fairgoers also have multiple ways to engage with dairy! While strolling down the rows in the Dairy Barn learning about dairy cattle breeds, fairgoers also engage with Undeniably Dairy to learn how dairy farmers take great care of their cows and the planet. They can also enjoy milking demonstrations, learning how their favorite dairy foods come to be. During Nebraska’s Largest Classroom, students and educators enjoy learning more about dairy, and in the Raising Nebraska Demo Kitchen, fairgoers have a chance to enjoy delicious, fresh-cooked treats featuring dairy!
