Nebraska State Fair

From exciting concerts to thrilling demolition derbies, puzzle contests to bee competitions, the Nebraska State Fair has something for everyone. While enjoying the sights and sounds of the Nebraska State Fair, fairgoers also have multiple ways to engage with dairy! While strolling down the rows in the Dairy Barn learning about dairy cattle breeds, fairgoers also engage with Undeniably Dairy to learn how dairy farmers take great care of their cows and the planet. They can also enjoy milking demonstrations, learning how their favorite dairy foods come to be. During Nebraska’s Largest Classroom, students and educators enjoy learning more about dairy, and in the Raising Nebraska Demo Kitchen, fairgoers have a chance to enjoy delicious, fresh-cooked treats featuring dairy!

Students (and the public) from across Nebraska who visit the Nebraska State Fair can learn all about agriculture in Nebraska’s Largest Classroom. Students experience hands-on how food goes from farm to fork and agriculture’s role throughout Nebraska. Come learn more about dairy from dairy farmers and Nebraska Dairy Ambassadors.
