In an effort to deliver fresh, nutritious dairy to Chicago communities, Midwest Dairy contracted with On the Go Marketing to distribute products on behalf of the Greater Chicago Food Depository. A refrigerated truck marked by the Undeniably Dairy logo ran six days a week to deliver dairy food boxes to areas experiencing increased food deserts caused by COVID-19 and social unrest in the South and West sides of Chicago.

The First Lady of Chicago, Amy Eshleman, joined Illinois dairy farmer, Dakota Cowger, during the distribution period to help hand out milk and cheese to more than 500 families. The distribution successfully helped provide access to fresh dairy to multiple food banks and mobile sites, ensuring families could access dairy alongside more frequently donated, non-perishable items.

The distribution ran from July 6 to Aug 1, 2020. Over the four-week period, 4,180 pounds of milk and 24,772 pounds of cheese were distributed totaling 251,905 incremental pounds of milk.
