This fall, Midwest Dairy partnered with Farmer’s Fridge to launch two new snack boxes designed to spotlight dairy as a modern, protein-packed option for busy consumers. The partnership focused on helping people see cheese not as “old-school,” but as fuel for their everyday hustle, whether they’re traveling, studying, or heading between meetings.
Farmer’s Fridge operates more than 2,000 smart fridges across the country, offering fresh, ready-to-eat meals in airports, college campuses, corporate offices, hospitals, and other high-traffic locations. This made them a strong partner for reaching health-conscious consumers looking for convenient, nutritious food on the go.
Two New Protein-Packed Snack Boxes
Midwest Dairy supported the launch of two new dairy-forward snack boxes:
Charcuterie Protein Snack Box
- Cheddar cheese, salami, everything-seasoned crackers, dried cranberry, and almond mix
Mediterranean Protein Snack Box
- Parmesan cheese, mozzarella pearls, hummus, lemon garlic olives, and everything-seasoned crackers

Both boxes featured cheese as a key protein source, helping reinforce dairy’s role in convenient, satisfying meals.

The campaign was designed to shift perceptions by showing dairy as a fresh, modern choice for active lives. Messaging focused on protein, flavor, and convenience, connecting cheese to energy, performance, and everyday adventures.

Strong Results and Ongoing Momentum
In just 41 days, the campaign drove 97,000 incremental pounds of milk, showing that consumers responded to protein-forward dairy messaging in this convenient format.
Because of the strong performance, the snack boxes and campaign will continue through 2026, with updated volume results to be shared later this year. Farmer’s Fridge has quickly become a valuable new partner, helping extend dairy’s reach to students, travelers, and working professionals who want nutritious food without slowing down.
