Minnesota State Fair

The Minnesota State Fair is an end-of-summer tradition, offering fairgoers unique opportunities to meet with local dairy farmers and learn more about how dairy farmers are dedicated to providing excellent care for their cows, communities, and planet. Attendees flock to the Dairy Goodness Bar to enjoy delicious treats, including the newest Flavor of the Fair. While they wait, fairgoers watch as Princess Kay and nine candidates sit in a refrigerated, rotating cooler while having their likeness carved into butter.

Outside the Dairy Building, fairgoers enjoy thrilling rides, educational exhibits, and the newest food on a stick. They also line up at (and return to) the All You Can Drink Milk Stand to enjoy fresh, ice-cold milk – perfect for a hot summer day!

Located at the corner of Judson and Clough, the All You Can Drink Milk Stand is one of the best bargains at the fair and the ONLY food or drink offered as an unlimited item! The milk is stored in ten 300-gallon totes in a second-story “loft,” and more than 200 feet of stainless steel pipes carry the milk from the totes to consumers’ cups. Attendees can enjoy 2% white and low-fat, 1% chocolate milk for only $3 – the best value of the entire fair!
