Dairy goes viral in TikTok kitchens to South Beach glam

Midwest Dairy is teaming up with influencers from coast to coast to generate excitement around dairy, bust myths, and serve up some serious food inspiration. Whether it’s a cozy kitchen in the heartland or the glitzy lights of Miami’s South Beach Food & Wine Festival, dairy is making a deliciously bold statement.

To kick off the year, Midwest Dairy partnered with eight influencers, ranging from Gen Z foodies to busy parents, to highlight the everyday goodness of dairy. These creators whipped up seasonal recipes, shared tips for including lactose-free options, and spotlighted the real stars behind every glass of milk and slice of cheese: hardworking dairy farmers.

The results were impressive! Over 3 million impressions and 38,000 engagements across TikTok and Instagram. Fans couldn’t get enough of Emily Jones’ dreamy strawberry cinnamon rolls or Amelia Sewell’s zesty lemon poppyseed pancakes. Sarah Carlson stole the show with her honest breakdown of common dairy myths, reminding viewers just how committed our Midwest farmers are to responsible, sustainable practices.

Midwest Dairy brought its message south for the winter to the South Beach Food & Wine Festival in Miami. Partnering with three top-tier foodie influencers, they served up creamy content straight from the National Checkoff’s retro-chic Undeniably Dairy Moonlight Diner. Highlights included thick strawberry milkshakes, ooey-gooey grilled cheese, and classic diner charm.

Influencers took their followers behind the scenes at buzzworthy events like the Burger Bash, Tournament of Champions, and Asian Market Night, capturing cheese pulls, milkshake moments, and mouthwatering dairy bites.
