Farming and baseball share more than roots in tradition; both require dedication, teamwork, and passion. That’s why Midwest Dairy and Missouri’s dairy farm families are proud to return to the spotlight in the 2025 consumer campaign with the St. Louis Cardinals and with Missouri Farmers Care.

This year, representing dairy at the heart of the campaign is Erin Rodgers, a dairy farmer from Vanzant, Missouri, who joined the Missouri Farmers Care “Farm Team” for the season. Alongside fellow farmers from Missouri Corn, Pork, and Beef, Erin proudly wore jersey number 13— a nod to the 13 essential nutrients found in milk.

Erin’s role was far-reaching and dynamic. She recorded radio spots, participated in photo and video shoots for stadium and print ads, and hosted the beloved Cardinals mascot, Fredbird, for a visit to her farm. She also engaged directly with fans at Busch Stadium and threw out the ceremonial first pitch. This partnership between Midwest Dairy, Missouri Farmers Care, and the St. Louis Cardinals continues to spotlight the vital role agriculture plays in nourishing communities locally and globally. Together, Missouri farmers are stepping up to the plate to share their stories and champion the work they do to feed and fuel a growing world. Look for this partnership in action all season long!
