In 2025, Midwest Dairy continued its successful partnership with Kwik Trip/Kwik Star by supporting limited-time offers (LTOs) featuring ice cream and milk pint products. By promoting these seasonal favorites, Midwest Dairy helps Kwik Trip connect with more consumers while building awareness and excitement for innovative dairy products.
From April through June, two new LTOs were introduced to the shelves: Chocolate Strawberry ice cream and Chocolate Milkshake milk. Both proved to be consumer favorites, generating an impressive 428,000 incremental pounds of milk sales.
To maximize awareness, Midwest Dairy provided in-store marketing support including door clings, video screens, and — new this year! —in-store radio. The ice cream digital display played more than 13 million times, while the milk display played over 10 million times. Additionally, radio spots were aired more than 700,000 times over four weeks, reinforcing visibility and driving sales.
The momentum continues with current Midwest Dairy-supported LTOs: Orange Dreamsicle milk and Triple Chocolate Fudge ice cream. Results from these offerings are coming soon, but early feedback indicates strong consumer enthusiasm. This ongoing collaboration with Kwik Trip demonstrates how dairy innovation, combined with effective in-store promotion, can enhance sales and foster stronger consumer connections to dairy.
